Have you seen a few of these around? Wondering what the big deal is?

For the third year in a row, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is choosing to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas via a campaign known as “Light the World.” Each year some of the details change but there are always a few things you can count on…

  1. There will be one or more awesome videos released by the church (click here to see the first 2018 video)
  2. There will be an emphasis on SERVING others as Christ served
  3. The hashtag #lighttheworld will once again go viral on social media channels.

You can learn all about the campaign and this year’s suggestions from the Prophet by visiting LightTheWorld.org.

In order to help spread the message of good tidings and great joy, leaders of the church in the Denver area, along with the full-time missionaries are distributing vinyl “easy peel” decals that can be placed in windows, doors, water bottles, or wherever you feel makes sense.

Even in the dark, this decal shines brightly in my truck window!

These decals are ultra-removable easy peel vinyl and have been provided as a way to Light the World wherever we go. Imagine the impact we could make if every family put just one sticker on one car for the month of December. The effects of sharing Light the World can be far-reaching as each of us does a little more to serve the way Christ serves.

Want a decal for your car or home? Contact your stake’s Public Affairs team and request one or send us a message via our Facebook page with your address and we will have a few sent your way!

  1. How can I get a light the world decal for my car here in the DC METRO AREA???

    Can I be sent one?

Do they have these decals again this year? I’d especially like one this year since Denver is going to have a giving machine
