Youth Gather Canned Food and Make Cards

Over 75 youth from the Denver North congregations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gathered Sunday night April 30th for some service! It’s easy to serve when you’re gathered with a group of friends.

These youth gathered canned food that will go to a local food bank in Thornton and made cards for the elderly in nursing homes.

This was followed by a motivational talk from a local JustServe representative. JustServe is a non-profit initiative to catalog and provide an easy way for anyone to find volunteer opportunities with local non-profits.
