Two Boulder Women Ranked Among Colorado’s Top 50 Women Leaders

Two women who are members of the Boulder Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints recently received an incredible honor. Emily Bracken and McKenzie Perez were both named to the Top 50 Women Leaders of Colorado by Women We Admire.

Emily Bracken is the Vice President of People Operations at Propelus, where they aim to “enhance collaboration among professionals, employers, regulators, and partners to support critical compliance programs and safeguard their communities.” She holds multiple certifications that “underline her focus on creating supportive and inclusive workplace environments.”

And recently, Bracken and her team at Propelus were awarded “a Silver Stevie Award for Achievement in Workplace Development, highlighting their dedication to cultivating a work environment, where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.”

McKenzie Perez is the Vice President of People Operations for Maxwell Financial Labs. Because of her passion for education and building up the next generation of leaders, she “has taught at various universities to increase business knowledge and passion among higher education students.”

Perez has a “passion for education and a desire to build up the next generation of leaders.” She also has a passion for “fine-tuning the engine that runs the most successful businesses–the workforce.”
